An ideal class for any group or get together with a theme that can be tailored for any occasion! 

 

Whether you're hosting seasoned yogis or friends stepping onto the mat for the first time, this all-level class offers students a playful, fun and motivating practice that focuses on enhancing overall flexibility, balance, strength, and well-being; providing modifications and variations to suit everyone's needs for a safe and fulfilling experience. We finish with a soothing cool down and Savasana to leave everyone feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to connect!

Offered as a one time session, or create a mini-series for a weekly yoga gathering with friends!  4-week sessions are recommended.

The Beginners 

The Beginner series is the perfect introduction to the practice of Yoga and ideal for friends, couples, or anyone whose wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated or unsure of where to begin.

 

Offered at a slower pace, we focus on developing clear and safe alignment as you learn the basic yoga poses and improve your flexibility, balance and strength. Class ends with relaxation to leave your mind and body feeling connected and refreshed. Modifications and variations to accommodate individual needs will be offered, ensuring everyone can participate fully and safely.

Get Twisted or unWiNEd

Ladies night out or couples' gathering? Create a fun and memorable event with a yoga and drink pairing—choose "unWINEd" for a slow, gentle stretch, setting the stage for a relaxed get together, or try "Get Twisted" for a playful, energetic start to your evening.
